Sports are ancient. From the beginning of man sports have played a role in everyone’s lives. There have been sports as far back as history goes. We have been competing in one way or the other with each other in any way we can dream up. That’s sports! As soon as we can crawl we compete in one way or the other. Two babies will race across the floor crawling before they can walk. So we make events out of everything. And from that time in our young lives until we just can’t be competitive anymore we will try.

Also through it all we watch sports and pull for our favorites. When just watching and cheering it’s almost like we are right there beside the player we are pulling for. Running or jumping or catching we get involved mentally just watching. Almost like it’s us doing the running, jumping or catching. So As we locate and find ways to improve and grow in Sports, we will add them here.
